We're very sorry that a few people have gotten in touch with us recently to let us know that their pre-ordered CD's still haven't arrived.
While we made every effort to send out all of the pre-orders so that they would arrive at their destination on or shortly after the release date, unfortunately international postage leaves so much out of our control that there are still a few of you who haven't received your orders. We sincerely apologise if this is you.
Please be aware that some international postage destinations (particularly eastern Europe and the west coast of the USA) seem to be taking much longer than expected, up to 5 or 6 weeks.
If you still haven't received your order, please let us know by emailing us at anubis@anubismusic.com and we'll do our best to rectify the situation ASAP.
